Herceg Novi - Montenegro, is part of the world comic festival scene with its own annual comic festival, which we follow every September. In Herceg Novi, for the last twelve years, since 2006, HSF has been celebrating local and foreign comic artists.
The very location of the Hercegnov Comic Festival is the center of this medieval, dreamy seaside town, and the festival is characterized by workshops, exhibitions, comic exchange, concerts and parties.
For more than a decade, the world's biggest names in all areas of the "ninth art" have been honored guests and participants of HSF. Just some of the names that raised the festival to the international level and contributed to the quality of the festival are:
