Komovi is a striking mountain massif in eastern Montenegro, featuring three peaks rising above 2,400 metres — Kom Vasojevićki, Kom Kučki, and Kom Ljevoriječki. The range offers some of the country's finest alpine hiking through open meadows carpeted with wildflowers in summer. The ascent rewards climbers with panoramic views across northern Montenegro and into neighbouring Albania. Less frequented than Durmitor, Komovi provides a quieter mountain experience with traditional katun shepherd settlements dotting the high pastures.
