It is located near the Durmitor National Park, which is also on the UNESCO list of natural and cultural heritage.

The vision was to create a modern eco-resort, developed according to the principles of sustainability and environmental protection, which is at the same time a luxurious destination with a magnificent view of the highest peaks of Durmitor and the pine forest. The lake reaches its greatest depth - 3.6 m during the spring months when the snow melts. The lake is characterized by relatively low temperatures. During the summer months, the lake reaches a temperature of up to 20 degrees. During the winter months, the surface of the lake freezes, and the ice cover lasts for over 60 days, which makes this location an idyllic winter destination. One of the main characteristics of the lake is an extremely high level of transparency. Lago di Monte covers an area of about 6 hectares with a lake, forests and green, grassy fields, perfect for year-round relaxation and adventure. The location offers one of the best views towards the highest peak of Durmitor - Bobotov kuk, which is covered with snow throughout the year. It's good all year round. It has a good geographical position and thanks to its east-west orientation, it is bathed in the sun throughout the day. All the most popular and widespread activities on Durmitor are in the immediate surroundings - hiking, walking, cycling, skiing, as well as tours of the most important cultural monuments. Design concept - Based on the principles of sustainability and environmental protection, the design is a modern eco-resort with luxury villas, spa and congress center.This resort was created for those who appreciate the magnificence of nature, adventure vacations, skiing, snowboarding or simply enjoy a break from everyday life. Apart from the villas with 105 hotel units, there are a total of 300 beds. The spa center, which meets the capacity of the resort, is fully oriented towards the forest. The congress center can host more than 300 guests, while the restaurant with a large terrace has a larger capacity, which makes it the perfect choice for private or business events, weddings or seminars.
