Renovated in 2016, Villa Perast has the original look and charm of an old palace and has been enhanced with sophisticated interior design. At the same time, the villa has retained the appearance characteristic of other houses in Perast: a broken base. The outer walls are connected exclusively by blunt and sharp corners, because it is believed that this prevents evil spirits from entering the house. Modern and pleasant interior details of this villa are made of wood and stone. Villa Perast is a small hotel with the warmth and charm of a guesthouse, an oasis of peace between the sea and the clouds. On the ground floor, first of all, there is a magnificent entrance to the common area, which includes a modernly equipped kitchen with modern appliances and a dining room that can fit a large dining table. The villa is equipped for organizing all kinds of festivities and this floor easily turns into a beautiful spacious party room dedicated to the arts, with a modern ambience, where you will undoubtedly spend pleasant evenings. In front of the villa is a terrace, which has preserved the charm of the period in which it was originally built. It is suitable for resting with a view of the bay under a beautiful wisteria, which in Montenegro is often called "blue rain" - a creeping plant with blue-purple flowers, in whose shade you will undoubtedly want to spend the afternoon. Just in front of the terrace is a pontoon for guests of the villa, so you can spend the day swimming and sunbathing, and in the afternoon, tired from the sun and the sea, you can return to the terrace, which, we guarantee, is particularly enjoyable. As the bay has over 240 sunny days a year, in most of our rooms, in whatever season you decide to visit us, you can enjoy the warmth of the early sun and watch the sunrise. On the second floor there is also a shaded, stone-paved terrace, which is perfect for lounging on sunny summer days. A few steps further there is a staircase that leads to the next floor and later to the roof, where there are two hidden attics and a laundry room. The hotel has 19 different rooms, almost all of which have a sea view.
