Kumbor is a quiet and hidden seaside village near the town of Herceg Novi, between Meljin and Bijela. It is currently the site of the largest tourist investment in Europe - called Portonovi. The company Azmont Investments will invest 500 million euros in the construction of the luxury complex Portonovi, which will have about 190,000 square meters. The construction of a five-star hotel, two sandy beaches, a spa and wellness resort, a conference center, 100 luxury villas, and a Portonovi marina with 250 berths for mega yachts is planned.
