In the constant search for spaces that belong to her, she becomes obsessed with the feeling of not belonging. Emptiness becomes warm and the only acceptable one. Convinced that she walks steadfastly through consciousness, she imposes on herself attributes that are not part of her. Whiteness had weighed on her for a long time: walking through imaginary snow without feeling that it was impermanent. The flickering of the light material binds her truth to fear. Born in a place she never left, she remembers every house she stayed in. Circumstances and surroundings were always on her side. This exhibition explores the social and spatial dimensions, deconstructing and examining the relationships between identity, spatiality and the ideas that represent them. When the scratching process begins, different layers become visible in the space in which we exist. These space-specific works aim to visually map and define the spaces associated with a woman and her presence. The exhibition will be open until December 29.
