Whiteness had weighed on her for a long time: walking through imaginary snow without feeling that it was impermanent. The flickering of the light material binds her truth to fear.
Born in a place she never left, she remembers every house she stayed in. Circumstances and surroundings were always on her side.

When the scratching process begins, different layers become visible in the space in which we exist.

Milijana Istijanović was born in 1982 in Sombor. She graduated from the Faculty of Fine Arts in Cetinje, at the Department of Sculpture. She had seven solo exhibitions.
