How do I book accommodation on Montenegro.com?
Browse our listings, select your dates and number of guests, then click 'Book Now'. You'll pay securely through Stripe and receive instant confirmation.
What is your cancellation policy?
Each property has its own cancellation policy (flexible, moderate, or strict). Check the property listing for specific terms before booking.
Can I contact the host before booking?
Yes, every listing has a 'Contact Host' button. You can message the host directly to ask questions before committing to a booking.
What if I need to change my dates after booking?
Contact your host through the messaging system to discuss date changes. Depending on the cancellation policy, you may need to cancel and rebook for different dates.
How do I get check-in instructions?
Your host will provide check-in instructions before your arrival. You'll find them on your booking detail page and in a reminder email sent 24 hours before check-in.
Can I book for someone else?
Currently, bookings are made under the account holder's name. Contact the host to let them know if a different guest will be checking in.
For Hosts
How much does it cost to list my property?
Listing your property is completely free. We charge a 10% commission on completed bookings for free accounts, with subscription plans reducing it to as low as 4% — the lowest in the industry.
How do I become a host?
Sign up for a free account, then click 'List Your Property' from the dashboard. Add your property details, photos, and pricing, then publish your listing.
How do I get paid as a host?
Host payouts are processed after guest check-in. We transfer your earnings minus the commission fee to your configured payout method.
Can I set different prices for different seasons?
Yes, our dynamic pricing tool provides seasonal price suggestions. You can also set custom prices per date on your availability calendar.
How do I handle guest inquiries?
When a guest sends an inquiry, you'll receive an email notification. You have 48 hours to respond before the inquiry expires. You can also enable AI auto-reply for common questions.
What are the host tier levels?
We have Free, Verified, Premium, and Professional tiers. Higher tiers offer lower commission rates (down to 4%) and are earned by maintaining high ratings, low cancellation rates, and completing verification.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe.
Is my payment secure?
Yes, all payments are processed through Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. We never store your card details directly.
When am I charged for a booking?
For instant bookings, your card is charged immediately. For inquiry bookings, you're charged once the host approves your request.
What happens if I'm overcharged or there's a billing issue?
Contact us through the messaging system or email support. All disputes are reviewed within 48 hours and we'll work to resolve any billing issues promptly.
