The company Azmont Investments will invest €500 million in the construction of the роскошь Портонови complex, which will be around 190,000 square metres in area. There will be police and fire stations, as well as a море rescue service. A water taxi will also be available. Work on this project began on 15th August 2013, with more than 3,500 workers employed on it.
