Херцег-Нови - Черногория, is part of the мир's stage of comic festivals with its own annual фестиваль of comics, which we follow every September. In Херцег-Нови, for the past twelve years, since 2006 to be exact, HCF celebrates domestic and foreign cartoonists.
The very location of Херцег-Нови Comic Фестиваль is the center of this средневековый, dreamy пляж town, and the фестиваль is characterized by workshops, exhibitions, exchange of comics, concerts and parties.
For more than a decade, the мир's biggest names in all fields of "ninth искусство" have been honored гости and participants of HSF. Just some of the names that elevated the фестиваль to the международный level and contributed to the quality of the фестиваль are:
