Although some grape varieties of Crmic origin succeed in other areas and can produce quality wine, it is still not Crmic wine. The characteristics of wine from this area are a reflection of the climate and soil from which the vines originate. Even in Crmica, the wine is not the same everywhere, it is influenced by the micro climate and the geological diversity of the soil. Crmi wine is produced, nurtured and drunk in a traditional setting. The long and strong tradition and the attitude of the people of Crmi towards wine are irreplaceable. Wine is the companion of man's life. It is there when someone is born, creates a family, it creates a society when you prosper in life and when you leave this world. You will have the full pleasure of wine if you drink it in the authentic atmosphere of Crmica and with dishes prepared in a home-made way and made from local products. The ritual of drinking wine begins with glasses that are specific and different from the classes discussed above. Goblets are slightly longer and larger than "modern" glasses. The glass is clean and colorless with ribs, which allows the color of the wine to come out better and to protect the wine while drinking, so that it does not lose any of its properties. Wine is "brought to the table" in bottles directly from the barrel, from the tavern. The decanter is also made of unpainted glass and the wine from the decanter begins to develop its emotions as it stands on the table. Toasts are given in the bottle when there are weddings, an apple is placed on the bulging top, which somehow symbolizes the connection between wine and fruit.

Almost every household produces wine in its own way. However, the people of Crmic have one thing in common - they love to make wine and drink it, and if they see that you have a serious interest in wine, they will give you all their attention. But in order to find out more about Crmic wine, it is best to visit the winemaker in autumn, when the wine is made. Then you can also try the wine on the spot. Rarely will the host offer you to try a bad wine - only the best. Crmi wine is not yet produced "industrially", although in recent years it has started to be produced in larger quantities and brought to the market with a label. This can expand the popularity of Crmic wine, but also kill its reputation with uncontrolled quality. Crmica wines are not for "mass consumption" - they should retain their exclusivity.
